In addition to his experience as a Human Resources & Executive Search professional, much of Keith’s contribution to client organizations draws from his experience in operating roles and the perspective derived from that background. With prior training from an international Life Sciences conglomerate (Bayer HealthCare/Miles), where he served as area director, he later served as sales director for a startup medical device manufacturer propelling sales to $32 million. Keith was then appointed Area Director of a Mid-Atlantic ManagedCare company. While serving these top-notch organizations he grew, managed and led sales and management teams of up to 150 professionals.
